Digital Services Act, article 16
Report illegal content
This Media Empire service stores images, projects, templates, videos, sounds and texts on behalf of its clients, and publishes to their social networks what they choose to publish there. If you think some of this content is illegal — an image seen through a share link or in a post, for example —, report it here, without an account. A person will examine it.
Child sexual abuse or terrorist content: you can also alert the French authorities directly at https://www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr
Your data: your name, your email and what you write are used to handle this notice and to answer you — a legal obligation of the provider (GDPR, article 6(1)(c); Digital Services Act, article 16). The IP address of your connection is only used to limit abuse and is deleted within 24 hours. We do not pass your identity on to the client concerned, unless strictly necessary. Your personal data are deleted 3 years after our decision; only anonymous statistics are kept (article 15 of the same regulation). To access, correct or erase them, write to the point of contact on the “Rules and contacts” page; you can also complain to the data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
