Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Digital Services Act

Rules of use and content moderation

This Media Empire service stores, on behalf of its clients, their images, projects, templates, videos, sounds and texts — including those they create with the AI of the service —, and publishes to their social networks, through their Buffer account, what they choose to publish there. These rules say what is not allowed, how to report illegal content to us and how we handle a notice (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act).

What is not allowed

You may not store, create or publish with Media Empire:

How we moderate

We do not monitor your content. We act on a notice, on an order from an authority, or when we discover ourselves content that is illegal or breaks these rules.

No automated tool takes a moderation decision: each notice is read and decided by a person.

Depending on the seriousness, and taking into account the rights and legitimate interests of all, including freedom of expression, we may: remove content or disable access to it (share link, published file); suspend publishing to social networks; suspend or terminate the account. We apply these measures diligently, objectively and proportionately.

The client concerned receives a statement of reasons by email: the measure, its scope and duration, the facts, the law or rule applied, and the means of redress.

If a notice gives rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence threatening the life or safety of persons, we inform the law enforcement or judicial authorities.

Report illegal content

Any person or entity can report content to us with the form, without an account: https://media.successarchitect.fr/dsa/report

Say why the content is illegal; where it is (its exact address: share link, file address, or the address of the social media post that shows it); your name and email — optional for a notice of child sexual abuse; and confirm your good faith. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt, then our decision and your means of redress.

Contest a decision

The client concerned, like the author of a notice, can contest a decision by replying to the message announcing it, or by writing to us (the form https://media.successarchitect.fr/dsa/report). A person re-examines the decision and answers by email. Going to the competent court remains possible.
